Even before we arrived we knew this holiday was going to be something special... We weren't disappointed. All the communication , help and recommendations we received from Katie even before we arrived helped make this holiday an experience we’ll never forget. The villa ... The welcome basket ... The privacy ... The pool ... The view ... Oh the view ... from your bed ... from the outside dining table ... from your sun lounger or from the outside sofa ... morning, noon or night it’s a view that you could never tire from a view that only seeing is believing. Everything about the Villa honestly is perfection. Away from the villa we walked into Skala town each night ... takes around 1 hour ... all downhill and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend hiring a car for Airport transfers , supermarket runs and trips out though. Skala town has so many quality bars and restaurants... We took up Katie’s recommendations... fabulous Greek tavernas serving authentic Greek cuisine... we didn’t have one bad meal.... thank you . I must admit it is with a bit of reluctance that I write this review because I want to keep this place all to myself ... but Katie and the villa deserve your custom. Two things to finish though ... Thank you so much and see you again in 2021 ;-) x

Words cannot truly do this property and it’s location justice. The location is idyllic and very peaceful, the main sound being the occasional tinkling of cow bells that are on the sheep and goats in the hills. We were looking for a lovely property and location and this surpassed all our expectations! Katie has thought of everything to make it a stylish/ comfortable home from home and goes over and above to make your stay perfect. The landscaping and privacy of this villa is exceptional and we felt looking at all the other villas in the area, that this was the most private and colourful with the well thought out landscaping. I thought about asking Katie to design my garden in the UK!
The location of this villa is perfect as it is very close to Scala and not a long drive to the main centre of Kephalonia and the lovely sandy beaches that are known for their turtle sightings.
I could go on but all I can really say to sum this villa and it’s location up is....words speak louder than actions and little Eros is so perfect that although we only flew back yesterday, we have booked to go again. We never tend to go back to the same place twice and this has been our ethos travelling the world for many years but there is an exception to every rule and Eros is it!
You will not regret booking to stay here for numerous reasons.
Thanks for everything Katie and giving us the opportunity to have the most relaxing holiday we have ever had.

We had a superb time with Villa Eros fully meeting all our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the pool a dream and the quietness wonderful though always pleased to have the interruption of the goats and their bells as they moved up and down passed the gate.
Would love to go again but see it is fully booked for June next year so will be looking at June 2020 when it becomes open for booking.

We needed a quiet spot to recharge our batteries and Villa Eros was certainly that! From the moment we arrived to the super welcome pack we relaxed. The pool provided the perfect tranquil view over the sea, allowing us to indulge in reading, sun bathing and cooling off in the perfect temperature of the water. Located at the end of the well made road (albeit not for the faint-hearted with its sometimes steep drops), the villa was located 15 minutes from the bustle of Scala and the perfect tranquil sandy beaches of Mounda and Kaminia. We recommend an early morning dip in the perfectly still waters followed by breakfast on the beach and a delicious coffee in the taverna. Kato Katelios is a gorgeous small village with beach-side tavernas for everyone's taste. We enjoyed two wonderful boat trips with Valsamis cruises from Poros (25 minutes drive away). Christos and the property management team were quick to respond when the local electricity failed! Overall the accommodation is top class with all the facilities to self-cater or the option to indulge at many lovely tavernas, plus the beauty of local hills accessible direct from the villa and the fun of wild goats and the gentle sound of the sheep's bells. A highly recommended spot for a get away - even in the high season.

Picture don't make this place justice!
The location, whilst secluded and private, offers breathtaking views all around this beautiful, bespoke, well though desing Villa, with high quality finishes both internal and external.
We loved it!

The Villa was lovely, best villa I've stayed in. Views were beautiful. Roads up a big scary at first but you get used to them. Def come again!

We had a wonderful week (wish we had booked 2 weeks!) Beautiful villa in an unspoilt area, perfect for walking. We walked from the villa to Poros across the mountains catching a bus back to scala then walking back up to the villa. The villa was perfectly placed to explore the southern half of the island. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary, and we could not have had a more perfect villa or location. The pictures and description of the villa were so accurate, the pool was perfect and the special touches provided by the owners made our first night very special. We had a wonderful time here and would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a truly peaceful and secluded holiday in fabulous surroundings. Have now run out of superlatives. Thanks again

We did have a lovely honeymoon which was very relaxing and peaceful. Thanks so much for letting us stay in Villa Eros! We really enjoyed it and thought the villa was wonderful - very well furnished with everything we needed and a great location overlooking Skala and the sea.

We stayed at Villa Eros as a surprise present for my husband's 'big' birthday, and can't review it highly enough, and don't have sufficient adjectives or space to describe how wonderful it was. Sunrise from Villa Eros, is really something to behold. It's breathtaking. A car is a must really, and the roads to the Villa are straightforward enough, when you've travelled them once, we booked a car on arrival at the Villa with the help of Christos. If we're lucky enough to go back we'd book a car in advance to pick up at the airport, the taxi ride was 70 Euros (one way). Old Skala Taverna is closeby, about 1 Kilometre away and is an amazing setting with great food. Distance to the resort of Skala from Villa Eros is between 4 -5 kilometres, where there are many lovely restaurants (this year our favourite was Symposium), a few bars, fantastic beaches - Mouda beach is particularly lovely and it's where the Turtles (Caretta Caretta) lay their eggs, so sometimes areas are fenced off so their nests aren't disturbed. The uninterrupted views of the Peloponnese, Zante, the mountains and the resorts below, from everywhere in Villa Eros are amazing, the rooms, the décor, the infinity pool and patio areas/gardens - WOW, the attention to detail, great Wifi (better than we get at home in the UK) the welcome basket, the gift for my husband all made this beautiful, quiet, private villa, just perfect. It's really well maintained, loved and cared for, and both the owner Katie, and the maintenance company - Elite (Christos - the owner), were so very friendly and helpful. I will most certainly be recommending it to others, but only those I think will respect and cherish it, as we did. Such a wonderful place and many special memories. Efcharisto. Yiamas
